If we survive all this, we would have stories to tell
Of the days when everyone became a potential hazard
When hugs and handshakes were replaced with distant smiles
When meetings were limited to online messengers
When more than two people were literally considered a crowd
When the busiest places went deserted
When everything outside home became untouchable
When precautions took us to the verge of paranoia
When eating out became thing of the past
When social distancing became the new norm
When masks and gloves became scarce
When everyone was afraid of everyone else
When we finally learnt the importance of health
We would also have stories to tell
Of the days when we learnt importance of socializing
When we stop taking things for granted
When a small stroll in fresh air became a source of happiness
When even introverts started missing human interaction
When we got time, to reflect and reconnect
When some of the pending tasks were performed
When old friends came back closer
When we got 'time for each other', that we never really had
When mosques were closed, but prayers became intense
When restaurants were closed, but home cooked food gained more taste
When meetings were not allowed, but we had more time to talk
When the world came to a complete stop, but nature got a fresh start !
